Item Types

Task - A one-time item with a checkbox. Check it when done.
Habit - A recurring task that auto-resets on schedule (daily, weekly, etc.).
Goal - A task with a specific due date.
Item - Plain text entry without a checkbox.
Multi-Step Task/Habit - A parent task with expandable sub-tasks. Progress bar shows completion.

Creating Notes & Items

Tap the + button to create a new note
Type in the input field and press Enter to add items
Paste an image into the item or sub-task input to add a local [IMAGE] link
Tap the options button (⋮) to set type, schedule, or due date
Select Multi-Step Task or Habit for tasks with sub-tasks

Completing & Deleting

Complete: Tap or click the checkbox
Delete (Mobile): Swipe right on any item or sub-task
View / Edit text (Mobile): Swipe left on any item or sub-task to open its text in a selectable and editable overlay; copy or edit there, then close
Delete (Desktop): Double-click the item
Undo: Click "Undo" in the notification within 5 seconds

Reordering Items

Desktop: Drag items by the handle (⋮⋮) on the right
Mobile: Long-press the handle, then drag to reorder

Complete items daily to build your streak
Earn badges for reaching milestones
Unlock new themes, fonts, and animations
Discover secret milestones and rewards!

Syncing Between Devices

Account sync: Go to Profile > Generate Sync Code on your source device
Copy the code to your target device, then Profile > Import Sync Code to replace that account
Note sync: Open a note and use the header up arrow to generate a note sync code
On the target device, open any note and use the header down arrow to import it (adds a new note)

Keyboard Shortcuts

Ctrl/Cmd + N - Create new note
Ctrl/Cmd + F - Focus search
Escape - Close modals
